Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free for orders over 1,500 EGP.

If you do not receive your product(s) within the expected delivery time, please contact us via our website or call our customer service center.

Orders are delivered within Egypt only. Please note that we currently deliver orders within the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Dakahlia, Sharqia, and the Canal Cities.

Damaged Orders

If the product is damaged upon receipt, you can refuse to receive it. If you do not discover the damage until after receipt, please contact customer service. If your order is received damaged, we will contact the delivery service directly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with minimal hassle. We will do our best to keep you updated on the progress of the investigation and provide you with a replacement.

Shipping Options

Orders will be delivered during business days (Saturday to Thursday). Typically, products are packed and prepared for shipment within one business day, depending on order confirmation, delivery address, and product availability in the warehouse.
